Birthday cake for a friend…
nachos: yellow fondant rolled in crushed oreos
lettuce: coconut dyed green
tomatoes: swedish fish
cheese: white chocolate dyed yellow, hardened, then shredded
guac and sour cream frosting.
And the nice gentleman at Taco Bell gave me extra wrappers for authenticity.
